If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 7 calendar days from date of purchase. All returns must be unopened and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. A 25% restocking fee is applied to returns not resulting from retailer's error. Special orders or items in direct contact with the body are FINAL SALE including, Orthopedic And Orthotic, Bathroom Safety, Wound Care, Diagnostic Equipment, Compression Products, Personal care items and Disposable adult briefs. Identification may be required for returns. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as received. Receipt is required for all cash returns. DMES will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.  Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number simply call us at toll free 1-888-515-DMES (3637), 9:00AM-5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.  Credit: Once your return is received, DMES will issue a credit for the purchase. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for your credit to be issued.
