Instructions for Cold Use:

Place the ice pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours
Remove from the freezer
Secure in the removable cover, snapping the cover snaps on each end
Apply to the area to be treated
WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
Instructions for Heated Use:

Remove the fabric cover
Place the gel pack only in a microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time
Temperature should not exceed 150 degrees Fahrenheit
Remove from microwave and secure in the fabric cover, snapping the cover snaps on each end
Apply to the area to be treated
WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
