Instructions for Cold Therapy:

Unbox the cold pack

Lay the cold pack flat in a freezer

Freeze the cold pack for at least two hours

When completely frozen, remove the cold pack from the freezer

Place a towel between your skin and the cold pack

Apply the cold pack to your injured area

Instructions  For Heat Therapy:

Heat pack in the microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until warm. Do not exceed 150 degrees.
